Pad Type Sight Glass Manufacturers
Circular Pad Type Sight Glass industrial sight glasses are created to visualize the contents of a closed vessel under pressure. The glass used can withstand high temperatures and pressures. This type of glass is also usually resistant to chemicals. Circular pad sight glasses are composed of two pieces of glass fused at the edges with a metal or plastic ring. An O-ring is located between the two pieces of glass to create a seal.
These types of sight glasses are designed so that they can be installed in either vertical or horizontal positions. Circular pad sight glasses are popular because they offer several advantages, such as being able to withstand high temperatures and pressures and being resistant to chemicals.
