Top Mounted Displacer Level Switch Manufacturers
The Top Mounted, Displacer Level Switch, monitors fluid levels in containers. They have a float assembly mounted on a spring, which works on the principles of buoyancy. These floats are either partially or fully submerged in the medium in question, negating the errors caused by the pressure in those mediums and froth's effect.
When the float comes in contact with the fluid, it creates a buoyancy which exerts a force on it by changing its weight in the system, and this change is translated to the coiled spring on which it is suspended. This change in the position of the coiled spring translates to an external indicator via electric or mechanical means.
