Pressure Switch Manufacturers
Pressure switches are devices that are used to control the pressure of fluids in process systems. Depending on their programming, they can activate/deactivate the fluid flows inside systems. They monitor the rise or fall in the pressure in systems and act accordingly as programmed. There are two types of Pressure Switches in use today.
- Mechanical Pressure Switch : It uses a spring, diaphragm, or piston to control a pre-set level. The spring acts as an opposing force to the inlet pressure, and the spring's tension is usually adjusted with a screw or a knob.
- Electronic Pressure Switch : It uses an electrical pressure sensor to measure the pre-set change in the pressure and sends a signal using an electrical sensor to turn it on and off.
