Needle Valve Manufacturers
Needle valves (also known as plunger valves) are instruments used to regulate the flow of mediums in process systems. They are generally associated with low flow rates but do this at very precise levels. They are primarily utilized for systems involving vacuums or other situations requiring high accuracy.
Their construction includes a small port with a needle like a plunger. This needle is threaded and can be moved up and down when turned, which controls the exposed opening on the other end. This setup allows for low flow rates, which are very accurate and precise.
Needle valves are applied in almost every industry wherever control or metering of steam, gas, oil, air, water or other non-viscous liquids is needed. Needle valves are widely used in Power generation, Zoological sciences, Cooling, Instrumentation control, and Gas and liquid dispensation industries.
